The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Account Executives at Indeed are on the front lines of helping organisations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will build relationships with and advocate job search technology to leading companies across the DACH region and promote the power of our products to make organisations more productive, collaborative and mobile. Your passion to learn from and connect with others will ultimately help more organisations find and hire great people.
Drive growth by selling pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to small-to-medium sized employers (SMB)based in the DACH market
Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face
Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
Analyse and present monthly analytics reports to advertisers
You’ve been successful in previous roles like Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Inside Sales Executive
1+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment
Excellent communication skills in German and English
The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell
