Your job.

As an Account Specialist, you must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills. This is a critical role that interacts directly with our high-need, high-volume English speaking Small Business clients by phone, e-mail and chat.

About you.

  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from potential Small Business clients
  • Communicate directly with prospective clients as a product expert
  • Focus on converting potential clients to paid advertisers
  • Promote pay-per-click advertising services and benefits to all Small Business clients
  • Identify and analyze opportunity within current and prospective client base
  • Help clients measure their success and ROI from Indeed
  • Reach out to lead database in order to educate with the benefits of using Indeed to recruit
  • Answer inbound email and chat inquiries & phone calls in English from our thousands of Small Business advertiser clients
  • Assist with new client account setup
  • Support the UK/Irish SMB team when needed by answering phone calls from our clients, answer emails from our queues, and deal with Sales questions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in business-to-business environment preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Passion for client education and service
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Can-do attitude with a service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Call centre and Sales experience an advantage
