Your job.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will work cross-departmentally on large scale initiatives and tasks emerging from the Search Quality Operations team. You will be a point person for multiple sub-teams, management and stakeholders from other teams and will wear many hats. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain insight into the tech world, while also gaining practical experience in office support.


Responsibilities:

  • Team Budgeting and Forecasting - Working alongside Search Quality leadership, you will create, organize and oversee the team’s budget including considerations for special events and weekly or ongoing expenses. This may also include larger one off expenses, such as travel or conference attendance forecasting.

  • Special Event Coordination and Planning - You will be responsible for researching and planning offsites with a regular cadence, soliciting feedback ahead of and after events and iterating on the feedback for future planning.

  • Team Engagement - Work anniversaries, birthdays, special recognition for life or work events are all components of what makes our team culture fantastic. Keeping up with the management of these events for a large team is important, and you will be the go-to resource for this.

  • Feedback and Action - Soliciting feedback with regularity from the team on different perks or activities and actioning on this feedback will be part of this role. Analyzing the feedback and providing high level takeaways to management and the team will also be included.

  • Recruiting Logistics Management - In collaboration with Search Quality Management, Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams, you will work on headcount allocations and projections, onboarding, sourcing and auditing.

  • General Administrative Support - There are a variety of tasks that will be associated with this role, that include but are not limited to data cleanup, calendar and document auditing and streamlining, group access administration for team onboards and departures, resolving employee pain points, etc.

About you.


  • 3+ years in a corporate role managing office operations/logistics

  • Must be deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects

  • Previous experience with event management a must

  • Prior experience with budgets and spreadsheets

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

  • Strong communication skills
