The team.

This role will support our client-facing functions which includes Client Success and Sales. 
These teams help transform the hiring process by providing companies an easy and effective way to find the right fit for every hire. We support our Client Success and Sales teams with career development and award-winning training from day one. 
セールスやクライアントサクセスチームといった顧客折衝部門をサポートします。顧客の採用成功のために適切で効果的な手段を提供します。
またセールス、クライアントサクセスチームで働く社員のキャリア形成を研修やアワード実施などを通して支援します。

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Tokyo Base Salary Range: 4,000,000 - 5,000,000 JPY per year

Your job.

We are looking to fill our Training and Development team with high energy individuals that will shape our global Sales and Client Success teams. Our training mission has three aims: 1) to educate our people to be masters of Indeed products and positioning, 2) to ensure our people are GREAT at Sales and Service respectively and 3) to prepare them for their next role at Indeed.

The Associate, Global Enablement, will support and coordinate across teams in Global Enablement. This will include supporting the  localisation and maintenance of communication and training materials for Japan market. This individual must be able to partner well with different internal support teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks. This role will report to the local Training & Development Manager.

Indeed社員のキャリア形成をサポートすること本ポジションは、Global Enablementという組織の様々なチームを横断してサポート、プロジェクトをコーディネートします。

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage administrative functions for Global Enablement Meetings team focused on Japan market

  • Localize communications and training materials

  • Maintain & update communications and training materials

  • Translate materials and communications for Training & Development team and Meetings team

  • Coordinate scheduling, communication and calendar invites for Training & Development team and Meetings team

  • Organize logistics and costs, internally & externally, for Training and Development team and Meeting team

  • Partner effectively with local Office Managers and IT

  • Assist with organization of department-wide training and meeting events as needed

About you.

[必須]

  • 1年以上のセールスもしくはクライアントサクセス領域での実務経験

  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル以上(目安としてTOEIC750点以上)
