Indeed.com is looking for a product marketer to help drive the messaging and go-to-market plan for our high-value partnerships and partner-related solutions, worldwide.


As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, Partnerships, you will work in Product Marketing and collaborate with a cross-functional team to position, promote and support our Agency and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) partners. In this role, a self-motivated, outstanding marketer will create messaging, content, research and toolkits that empower Indeed partners and their clients to succeed on our platform.

This role reports to the Director of Global Product Marketing, and will work closely with the rest of the Product Marketing team, Alliances Team, other marketing teams and Sales teams.

About you.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing messaging and content that helps define and promote the value of becoming a Technology partner with Indeed - via presentations, collateral, videos and more
  • Create messaging and content that motivates partner clients to hire with Indeed and helps them be successful on our platform; tailor Indeed marketing and thought leadership content for this market  
  • Communicate the value of Indeed partnerships to our sales teams. Work with sales enablement teams to arm sales with the right training, tools and assets to work with and promote these partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and communicate data insights that illustrate the benefits of our technology
  • Support demand generation programs with messaging and content designed to increase awareness and revenue around these partnerships, including resources and content pieces like ebooks, competitive selling tools, blog articles, landing page content, case study content, video content)
  • Collaborate with partnership teams and execute on a communication plan to consistently share news about  initiatives with partners and internal teams


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years professional experience with proven track record in developing messaging, presentations, sales tools and marketing content, at a brisk pace
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in English, Journalism or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Enthusiasm and experience marketing technology solutions and or technology partnerships
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing customer-facing messaging and content
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker
  • Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and their business drivers is a plus!
