Your job. seeks a Benefits Lead who will be responsible for specialist duties in support of our APAC offices. Based in Sydney, AU, this position will be partnering with managers and employees to provide Human Resources benefits consultation and support on HR initiatives in the areas of benefits administration, wellness and onboarding.


  • Manage APAC benefit programs, enrollments and new hire experience

  • Assist in maintaining APAC benefits strategy that promotes the overall success of the company and employees by analyzing benchmarking, utilization and employee and company feedback data

  • Partner with country managers, human resources, payroll and technology team to deliver best in class benefit programs

  • Develop and implement benefit education strategies around onboarding

  • Promote global wellness strategy that fosters company-wide engagement and encourages employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle

  • Research, benchmark and recommend and implement benefit schemes within the APAC region

  • Act as liaison between Indeed and broker benefit vendors (Mercer, Aetna, Sun Life, etc.)

  • Main point of contact for all benefit, wellness and onboarding inquires

About you.


  • 6+ years Human Resources administration experience, including experience with benefit plan management and coordination; strong influence, project management and customer service skills
  • Exposure implementing benefit programs across the APAC region (Tokyo, Singapore, India)
  • Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues
  • Successful track record of delivering superior client service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; presentation and platform skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
