In Client Success, our promise is to deliver quality to our clients, partners and teammates worldwide. Indeed.com is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our Client Success team and support our fast-growing client base in Japan. Client Success Specialist must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills. This is a critical role that interacts directly with our prospective clients and advertisers by e-mail and phone. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work well under pressure and balance competing priorities in a fun, results-oriented work environment. If you have a passion for delivering measurable results and client service, we want to hear from you!

About you.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from our advertiser clients 
  • Communicate directly with current clients as a product expert 
  • Assist with new client account setup 
  • Help clients measure their success and ROI from Indeed Diagnose and solve technical problems 
  • Provide our sales team with technical/product support 

Requirements 
  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in Japan and should not require, now or in the future, Indeed sponsorship for employment visa status 
  • Fluent English speaker Exceptional written, verbal and phone skills in Japanese 
  • Bachelor's degree desired 
  • 1+ years experience in business-to-business environment preferred; new college graduates considered 
  • Passion for client service 
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities 
  • Can-do attitude with a service-oriented approach 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
