Our Sales Enablement team focuses on helping Sales be more effective, efficient and productive by shaping our sales message (Sales Support) and preparing people for its delivery (Sales Training).  We collaborate with functions across Indeed to give Sales the knowledge, tools, information and resources to succeed. We are looking for passionate individuals who are strategic problem solvers, and are enthusiastic about partnering with Sales to provide solutions and help them sell.


Your job.

As a Sales Support Business Analyst at Indeed, you will build and maintain  analytic models to drive efficiency and productivity by identifying and implementing global best practices while taking into account local markets needs. This high visibility role requires a self-motivated and proactive  individual who has experience with and enjoys managing large datasets, developing automated reporting solutions  and provide data driven insights and recommendations to management on a regular basis.

About you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and analytical support for the global sales support organization

  • Work with complex dataset in order to build and maintain dashboards and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators for the team

  • Support ad hoc analysis

  • Identify Improvement opportunities to scale and drive efficiencies through system enhancement and reporting automation

  • Standardize reporting structure globally

  • Test automation solutions, document business requirements and proactively engage with Business Partners (BI, engineering) in order to Interpret/ validate data, share findings and develop/scale necessary reporting solutions according to business needs

  • Deliver analysis pulling data from various systems (SFDC, Tableau, ClearSlide)


Requirements:

  • +4 years experience working in fast-paced, sales environment; experience with recruitment, advertising or SaaS business with enterprise level companies preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree with quantitative focus, master preferred

  • International mindset able to work with a virtual team

  • Highly proficient user of MS Office with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience with Python automation scripts

  • Excellent communication, analytical, financial modeling, data mining and visualization skill

  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze and make sense of data, turn insights into conclusions and create actionable strategic recommendations
