As a National Account Manager at Indeed, you are on the front line of helping large enterprises more effectively lead their online recruitment strategy. You are known for your relationships, remembering details and establishing trust with the people you support. As our senior direct sales person, you will advocate job search and recruiting technology to leading companies in your territory. You will also promote the inventive power of our products to make organisations more productive, reciprocal and mobile. Your passion for helping people get jobs will ultimately help more organisations connect with phenomenal people.
Sell Indeed’s suite of products to large enterprises in India that have never used Indeed.
Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
Conduct live product demonstrations.
Develop industry and account relationships to demonstrate during the sales process
You’ve been successful in selling to HR and talent acquisition professionals in large enterprises in a field sales role.
7+ years of experience in a B2B sales-driven environment
Experience in large enterprise client acquisition
Passion to seek (cold-call), educate, sell and ability to qualify, position and close with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships
A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude with a passion to sell pay-per-click advertising services (PPC) in a competitive marketplace
Outstanding written, verbal, phone and presentation skills with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
