Client Insights consults with and supports our Sales and Client Success partners. We are responsible for shaping our go-to-market messaging, ensuring brand consistency and data integrity in all client-facing content and reporting. Our team members are subject matter experts who are called upon to create compelling narratives based on client performance data, market trends and industry insights. Our role is to help drive productive client-facing conversations, offering sales support and providing customer insights.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Dusseldorf Base Salary Range: 43,000 - 59,000 EUR

Your job.

As a Client Insights Specialist at Indeed, you will assist in the strategic development and adoption of client-facing materials used by the sales and CS organizations. To be successful, you will be able to partner well with high-energy sales and CS reps, understand the sales cycle, conduct custom analysis, prepare scalable reporting and presentations. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business processes are followed and brand consistency is maintained for all client-facing material.

About you.

Responsibilities


  • Act as a core market team member and work with your client-facing teams to understand business needs and develop innovative, scalable tools and solutions to enhance the sales story

  • Problem solve, analyze data and present findings in a way that sales can optimize revenue potential via customized sales presentations and performance reports

  • Provide strategic insight into how to deepen sales conversations by evaluating client performance and providing a story that leads to new product solutions

  • Leverage Indeed’s unique data and analyze large datasets to identify areas of opportunity within the sales cycle

  • Work closely with Sales Directors to document customer needs and business requirements and partner with internal teams to develop new sales collateral

  • Develop stories and presentations to effectively communicate complex analytics and recommend actions for strategic accounts

  • Find efficiencies in workflows to increase productivity

  • Act as a project manager and subject matter expert in specific business areas relating to markets, products, or workflows. 


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • 3-5 years experience working in a fast-paced sales environment; experience with recruitment, advertising or SaaS business with enterprise-level companies preferred

  • Experience analyzing large datasets with spreadsheet software and data visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, PowerPoint)

  • Experience of close collaboration with Sales on pipeline creation, sale cycle acceleration and Upsell/Cross-Sell programs

  • Ability to analyze and craft narratives with data, turn insights into conclusions and give actionable strategic recommendations

  • Comfortable giving feedback to experienced salespersons and being seen as a valued partner 

  • Experience with project management and a thorough understanding of sales cycles and the mentality of a sales representative

  • Ability to lead and project manage multiple projects

  • High level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment

  • Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills

  • Self Motivated to continuously learn and grow

  • Ability to work in a multinational, fast-moving and challenging environment
