Indeed is seeking a web-savvy client services professional to contribute toward our efforts of helping Enterprise level clients achieve their strategic vision through successful implementation of Indeed’s technology solution, Indeed Resume. This position requires an innovative and adaptable self-starter with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate for the Client Support Specialist, User Engagement will be creative, flexible, highly motivated, proactive and enjoy advocating for our clients.


  • Act as an Indeed Resume product consultant to our Clients, Agency Partners and Sales teams

  • Accomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive and can-do attitude

  • Provide our Sales and Client Service teams with Indeed Resume support

  • Comfortable conducting online and in-person presentations to client audience of up to 50 people at a time on Indeed Resume product

  • Offer hands on product and training support with the goal of product adoption and engagement

  • Assist with customized monthly reporting to help clients measure performance and success from Indeed Resume

  • Deliver an excellent service experience to our clients through expert product advice and support

About you.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Exceptional written, verbal and phone skills

  • Commitment to deliver exceptional client service and contribute in a team environment

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work with emerging technologies and adapt to changing environments

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Passion for providing top level service; relevant experience a plus
