Our Content Support Associates have strong customer service skills and are intellectually curious, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You will play a critical role that interacts directly with external Vendors, our clients and internal teams to support increased job content on Indeed and adoption of our free Hosted Jobs product.

Your job.

  • Educate and consult with small to medium sized businesses on Indeed’s Hosted Job Product, Resume offerings as well as other applicable Indeed products

  • Monitor apply and job performance metrics to help clients evaluate their success on Indeed and make additional recommendations accordingly

  • Conduct quality assurance of external vendor’s work including prospecting, pitch, business rule adherence, visibility guidelines and administrative work

  • Verify, process and enrich new accounts brought on through vendors

  • Address customer complaints, questions or other escalations as they arise in real-time from outsource center

  • Train external vendors on new responsibilities and monitor performance

  • Create and maintain training materials to conduct refresher trainings as needed

  • Manage operational workflows between vendors, internal teams and clients to ensure successful client experience

  • Identify and escalate any operational bottlenecks by suggesting process and performance improvements

  • Use internal, proprietary tools to contribute to increasing indexed job content

About you.


・Google G Suite(Gmail、シート、ドキュメント、ハングアウトなど)またはMS Office Suiteに堪能。


  • 1-3 years experience in business-to-business customer-success environment

  • 2+ years experience in project management, training, communications and operational workflows

  • Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Hangouts, etc.) or MS Office Suite

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise proposals from research and metrics

  • Passion for client education and service

  • Must be organized, positive, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Ability to  demonstrated success in handling multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities

  • Desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • BPO Vendor visits require
