The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Your job.

The role of a Content Specialist is to develop simple content solutions to effectively support Sales and Client Success conversations across all phases of the customer journey. In this role, you will become an expert in Indeed’s messaging, brand guidelines and client pain-points across all verticals. You will be tasked with building out a series of monthly content programs to help accelerate revenue and prevent churn. Your stories will provide analytical insights that have a clear call to action for our clients. This high visibility role requires a self-motivated individual with proven creative, problem-solving and project management capabilities. About you.


  • Develop monthly program calendar for CSI including personalized account based storylines.

  • Understand the sales process and leverage market research to maximize selecting the right customers and how and when to pitch program content.

  • Own program analytics, reporting and process implementation.

  • Be the voice of Sales and the customer while partnering with Marketing departments on a variety of marketing programs including direct marketing, webinars, email marketing etc.

  • Collaborate closely with several business partners including regional CSI, Marketing, Legal, Data & Analytics, Localization, and more. 

  • Create a variety of pain focused content including but not limited to: PPT presentations, reporting templates, talk tracks, infographics, and multimedia assets

  • Implement storyboard framework across all content while adhering to Indeed’s brand guidelines.

  • Evaluate requests and implement feedback from regional CSI and client facing teams. This requires agility, strong vetting skills, and incorporating feedback quickly.

  • Lead several projects at once while leveraging resources and meeting deadlines.

  • Conduct training when needed and coach regional CSI team on messaging.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or quantitative field required 

  • 4+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Highly organized project manager. Project management certification is a plus.

  • Excellent prioritization, communication, and presentation skills with a high attention to detail. 

  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape.

  • Experience with Sales or Client Success content creation. Experience with Solution Selling is a plus.

  • Ability to build strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels (C-suite etc)

  • Advanced skills in Google suite and MS Office products. 

  • A “can-do” attitude, with strong problem solving skills. Should be comfortable with creating new ideas from scratch.

  • Strong analytics, focused on developing results-driven programs.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of data visualizations or information design

  • Understanding of decision tree logic 

  • Experience with Seismic, Slack and Salesforce

  • Experience with graphic design or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping tools and methodologies
