Our mission.

Manage the availability, usability, integrity and security of data for the company. Align people, processes, and technology to ensure data is understood, documented, accurate, and properly managed. Ensure that that data definitions and reporting are consistent internally and externally, and that users all know where to look for the answers to their data questions, and that how to access and interpret that data is clear. Develop a metric and data source certification process. Ensure the quality of data is high for the entire lifecycle of the data. Ensure data processes are followed, guidelines are enforced, and improvements are made to data governance processes whenever necessary. Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and business tools for use across the organization. Understand business stakeholders’ objectives, the metrics that are the important to them, and how they measure their performance. Develop reports and analysis templates. Use Python Coding for reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Use Python, Pandas, and Numpy. Mine structured and unstructured data using IQL, SQL with large-scale, complex data sets. Gather requirements and deliver complete reporting and data governance solutions. Frame complex analytical problems, pulling data, and extracting insights that lead to tangible results. Utilize verbal and writing communication skills to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.

Your job.

Master’s degree in Math, Computer Science or an equivalent technical field

Two (2) years of experience in data analysis and business analytics using analytical tools

Two (2) years of experience in business intelligence/visualizations using tools including at least one of the following: Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, Cognos or Jupyter Notebook

One (1) year of experience in data engineering (ETL or ELT) with proficiency in building data pipelines using Python

Two (2) years of experience with large-scale distributed data warehouse solutions such as Teradata, Netezza, Redshift, Vertica, Postgres

Two (2) years of experience using SQL (ANSI-SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL)

Two (2) years of experience building reporting solutions with financial, marketing and/or sales functions

Two (2) years of experience mining structured and unstructured data in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

Demonstrated ability in classical statistics/probability and time series analysis

Demonstrated ability with Plotly tools, matplotlib, pandas, NumPy
