Your job.

Indeed is seeking a Data Quality Analyst in Austin to join its growing Sales Product team within Sales.


This business-critical function supports Sales by coordinating with Indeed's Sales, Search Quality and Sales Operations teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM account data as well as other data or content of potentially lesser quality. The Data Quality Analyst will work within the Sales Product team to perform data accuracy checks, process data requests, adjust and update account details, verify the legitimacy of data quality reports and identify data-related issues that might impact Sales effectiveness and efficiency.


The Data Quality Analyst will report to the Manager, Sales Product, and will work closely with other teams within Sales and Indeed to address data integrity issues. The individual will be cross-functional and able to collaborate across a wide variety of teams, including high energy Sales teams, Client Services, Search Quality, as well as their own team members. This role will specialize in handling issues in the Japanese market, in addition to supporting the Data Quality team globally.

About you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a go-to person for data review, revision and account change requests.

  • Act as a Sales Data Helpline, actioning on requests and reports from Sales.

  • Review and escalate reports from Sales of content quality issues

  • Perform a variety of tasks to improve the quality of CRM account data.

  • Triage reports and requests appropriately.

  • Facilitate email communication in Japanese with the local Indeed Sales team.


Requirements:

  • Independent self-starter

  • Incredible attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities

  • Experience with an online CRM/SalesForce

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to identify innovative ways to improve internal processes and tools

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) and familiar with Japanese business culture and geography.
