Your job.

As an India Sales Director, you will

* Hire and grow a team of Account Executives
* Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying and positioning of Indeed products and services
* Ensure optimum sales productivity and conversions
* Lead new business generation and up selling of existing advertisers
* Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
* Rollout sales business rules, practices and policies to sales territories
* Hire, train and manage the performance of Account Executives
* Grow an Inside Sales organisation very fast, and build on success
* Have a genuine passion for winning, and ensuring all around them are inspired to follow

About you.

You have a proven track record of driving new business efforts and customer acquisition, as well as a desire to be a part of the fastest growing internet companies in the recruitment space. Ideally, you come from an Internet business background and are used to dealing with local, regional and global stakeholders.


* Bachelors Degree 10+ years of sales experience
* 5+ years of sales management experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience with interactive media, including pay-per-click products
* Tenure within the online recruitment industry is strongly preferred
* Familiarity with performance-based advertising products, including PPC recruitment advertising
* Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
