The team.

Helping people get jobs is hard, even in today’s market. Hundreds of thousands of recruiters sift through millions of resumes. Our vision is to use technology to disrupt the status quo and enable recruiters to be more effective. We will use the right tools for the right customer in the right situation (e.g., machine learning and other automation techniques) to offload the repetitive, time-consuming tasks so that recruiters can concentrate on customer service. For example, our system will match the best candidates to each job, based on both skills and culture fit. Recruiters will receive recommendations, rather than having to manually search. The Resume Search business delivers a large number of the employer/jobseeker connections at Indeed, with revenue and customers growing at an amazing pace. We need you to help us drive our Resume Search business for Indeed. There are numerous opportunities for building new systems and product features, but we need talented, passionate people working together to make this happen. We are looking to grow our teams with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for job seekers.
