The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Your job.

The Director, Talent Attraction role will lead all business (non-technical) recruiting, sourcing and coordination in America.  The Director, Talent attraction will partner closely and consult with leadership at Indeed to ensure the delivery and execution of our talent attraction strategy.

About you.

You are a business leader with experience managing a budget, forecasting hiring plans and resource planning at regional levels.  You take pride in developing managers and leaders in their career paths. You are anticipatory rather than reactive in understanding your organization, building career paths, succession planning and resource allocation plans.

You are experienced and thrive in an ambiguous, ever-changing, fast paced, competing priority environment.  You are a solution finder, and will partner with stakeholders to understand what we are trying to achieve and work together to come up with solutions, ideas, and roadmaps.  You have ruthless prioritization skills.

You are an influencer who has the ability to navigate and build strong partnerships across all of Indeed, at all levels.  You have the unique ability to deliver through influence rather than direction. You have experience guiding and influencing leaders throughout to execute strategies and initiatives.  You have exceptional communication skills to create and drive the vision of strategic priorities and turn them into actionable, measurable results via metrics and OKR’s to define a framework for success.
