The team.

Our Corporate Development team is responsible for driving the short and long term growth of Indeed in tandem with our organic growth efforts. Members of Corporate Development work closely with multiple departments within the organization to identify and evaluate acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities. Every month, over 200 million people count on our company to help them find jobs, publish their resumes, process their job applications, and connect them to qualified candidates for their job openings. Simply put, we help bring more partnerships, products and services inside Indeed that help people get jobs.

Your job.

We are seeking someone who will support the development of post-M&A integration strategies, due-diligence and integration projects under the Head of Integration. They will specifically manage post-merger integration for technology, infrastructure, and engineering within Indeed and contribute to Corporate Development through strategy building and sourcing of opportunities for M&A, Investments and Partnerships.

About you.


  • Oversee a growing pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities across various industries; identify, and prioritize leads with sizeable market share in their respective verticals

  • Maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with prospective and existing partners at executive levels

  • Manage all Strategic Partnerships projects from pitch to launch

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization (Marketing, Product, Legal, Procurement) to negotiate, launch, and activate partnerships

  • Lead the planning and execution of global partnerships strategy

  • Contribute to Corporate Development through strategy building, including the sourcing of opportunities for M&A, Investments and Partnerships


  • MBA degree, or equivalent practical experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a business-to-business online environment (such as strategic partnerships, business development or corporate development)

  • Proven track record of growing and scaling customer acquisition programs

  • Experience founding and growing a business or business-supporting team

  • Proven facilitation and communication skills to nurture relationships with cross-functional and cross­-border teams

  • Savvy in data analysis and problem solving

  • Strong in business insight and structured thinking
