Global Product Solutions Leads are on the front lines helping drive revenue and adoption of Indeed’s growing product portfolio in partnership with frontline sales teams. In this role you will be responsible for driving adoption of our Performance, Sourcing and Branding products to through Agency channels in partnership with Indeed’s Agency Development Partners (ADPs). You will share the same new products goals as your assigned sales teams and will be compensated according to the performance of your territory.
You will work with Agency Managers/Sales Reps, Sales Directors, + Product Leaders to influence team-level strategy and grow revenue across Indeed’s non-core products.
You will collaborate with Agency Sales Leadership to develop and execute an accountability framework driving analytical decision making and solution-based selling.
Success will require, thought leadership, technical learning, customer focus & cross-functional collaboration across marketing, training, analytics, product, and sales organizations.
You will develop an individual and team strategy to achieve Global Product Sales goals of assigned territory, including refining agency narratives and supporting the negotiation of agency-wide deals
Act as the voice of the agency customer base, providing relevant feedback to product teams on agency specific features or data needs to continue to grow Indeed’s non-core products.
You will partner with ADPs to qualify customer opportunities, present solutions, and to drive live product demos via phone, webinar and Face-to-Face client meetings
You will maintain an effective pipeline of activity, including high value internal and external meetings to effectively diversify revenue and enable sales partners to deliver successful solutions to their customers.
5+ years consultative and analytical sales experience in a direct sales or overlay sales organization
Experience working with Agencies
You are a polished sales professional that understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex Fortune 1000 organizations.
Ability to learn and apply new concepts in a deadline driven environment
Demonstrated ability for technical learning, customer focus & cross-functional participation
Experience selling multiple products (solution selling), product lifecycle knowledge, and consultative approach preferred
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities in a startup environment
An interest in building upon an existing successful track record in sales
Big picture, team oriented mindset
An excitement for challenges and new strategic Indeed initiatives
A metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Experience with an online CRM
