Your job.

As the HR Business Partner, you will join the APAC Human Resources Business Partner team and will report directly to the Director of HR. In this role, you will work with a group of talented HR professionals under Indeed’s HR support model to enable our managers and enhance employee experience. You will be the champion of Indeed’s culture and core values, implement HR programs, practices and drive consistency across different sites and teams. Work closely with the Center of Excellence model and support global initiatives within the organisation. You are a trusted HR advisor to country leaders, managers and employees who foresee issues/challenges are coming and provide business solutions.

  • You have the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.

  • You are a trusted advisor and influencer, have the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organisation

  • You have a truly hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

  • You have experience with a rapid and hyper-growth changing work environment.

  • You are a coach and mentor for clients at management levels

  • You get excited to create and drive effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.

  • You have a strong focus on solutions and are comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.

  • You partner with the CoE's and Global HRBP teams to roll-out and execute global initiatives at the ground level

  • You are the first point of contact for CoE's on developing and initiating programs to the business unit.

About you.


  • You have 3 - 5 years of HR Business Partner experience; including employee relations, employment law and performance management

  • You have a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.

  • You have strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues

  • You are highly organised 

  • You have proven coaching and conflict resolution skills

  • Successful track record of delivering superior client service

  • Experience working for a digital or tech company is preferred
