The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.


Tokyo Base Salary Range: 3,498,000 - 5,110,000 JPY per year

Your job.

This individual is responsible for the administrative function of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, be well-organised, detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. About you.

Responsibilities:

  • General HR Administration including social insurance procedure, coordination of leave of absences, work hour reporting, work rules, and annual health & stress check

  • Lead and assist HR team in responding to general employee enquiries

  • Lead  employee onboarding, change of status, and leave process

  • Work closely with payroll in Finance and HRIS team to enter transactions in HR and payroll system

  • Support HR Generalist and Business Partners in Employee Relations and various HR projects

  • Reporting, filing, and maintenance of HR and Personnel records 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • +2 year HR administrative experience

  • Native level fluency in Japanese

  • Business level fluency in English

  • Passion for human resources with a can-do attitude

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Confidentiality a must

  • Working in a Global organization experience preferred
