As the HR Manager, you will join the APAC Human Resources Business Partner team and will report directly to the Director of HR who is based in Australia. In this role you will work with a group of talented HR professionals under Indeed’s HR support model to enable our managers and enhance employee experience. You will be the champion of Indeed’s culture and core values, implement HR programs, practices and drive consistency across different sites and teams. Work closely with the Center of Excellence model and support global initiatives within the organisation. You are a trusted HR advisor to country leaders, managers and employees who foresee issues/challenges are coming and provide business solutions.
The Position is based at Indeed’s Singapore office providing HR support to our tech functions in the APAC region. Some travel may be required to other APAC offices.

The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
Lead and coach a team of HRC/HRG/HRBPs
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
Coaching and mentoring at all management levels
Creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.
A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
Support the Director of HR in high level projects, support and work with the SLT on initiatives
Partner with the COE's and HRBP to roll-out and execute on Talent Management activities - First point of contact for COE's in developing and initiating programs to the business unit.
- 5 - 8 years of Human Resources Management experience; including employee relations and employment law and performance management
- Experience in the APAC region particularly in India and Singapore
- Managed and development a group of HR professionals
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues
- Highly organized
- Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Successful track record of delivering superior client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; presentation and platform skills preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience working for a digital or tech company is preferred
