The HR Operations team helps optimize HR. We partner closely with the HR team to help drive a variety of projects and process improvements.
The HR Operations Manager will work closely with the HR Centers of Excellence to determine priorities and create opportunities to automate and enhance HR processes.
Manage a small team of HR Operations Project Leads and determine strategic priorities for the group which align with overall HR and business objectives and deadlines.
Leverage technology to create innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Drive a culture of automation, continuous improvement and change management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (HR Technology, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Program, Finance), ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities and how to engage with HR Operations.
Track progress towards goals and ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
Work with team to remove any challenges they may face.
Drive process optimization, partnering with HR stakeholders to understand current process inefficiencies and use data and critical thinking to evaluate scalable solutions
10+ years experience supporting HR related processes
5+ years management experience
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with HR, business and technical teams
Experience in process improvement and change management methodologies
Experience with Workday HRIS preferred
Excellent relationship and communication skills
Solutions focused, with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
