You will work closely with our leadership team to consult, educate, and coach them with business & client mindset, for driving decisions with data by thinking globally & acting local relevantly on HR matters. Ultimately, you will be the one to help make it a better workplace for Indeedians so that they are engaged to focus on our mission of "helping people get jobs".
Advice, guide, educate, and support business leaders to enhance organizational capabilities and employee engagement for sustainable business growth and innovation, including organization & employee development, performance management, recognition & reward
Maintain Employee Relations and proactively ensure compliance in company policies and procedures with best practices in place.
Leverage the evidence-based observation and data analysis to help leaders build a foundation for sound decisions and data-driven insights in organization and talent agenda
Partner with the Global HR Teams to develop, implement, execute company-wide HR programs and processes with effective change management communication e.g. Talent review & succession planning, employee engagement survey
Mentor and Support development of HR Coordinators in the team as a role model for pursuing the streamlined operations and further efficiencies. May supervise one subordinate
5+ years of HR Business Partner/Generalist experience; including leading and execution with employee relations, performance management, reward and talent planning in multinational companies
Knowledge of Japanese labor law and experience in its practices of application
Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes, and create solutions to address those issues
Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills
Successful track record of delivering superior client service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; presentation and facilitation skills preferred
Full bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with native Japanese and business fluent English
