The HR Technology Team supports all HR applications including Workday HCM. Our team works directly with various stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues as well as develop enhancements and new features. Most importantly, we act as a strategic partner developing solutions to automate and simplify processes for our business partners.
As an HRIS Specialist for the HR Technology Operations team, you will work closely with HR and the HR Technology team to help drive a variety of projects and initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to serve as resource for the ongoing support of Workday, Indeed’s HCM system, across multiple functional areas (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, etc) in a global capacity.
Provide functional and technical Workday support and escalate to team members when necessary.
Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve low-med complexity system/data issues.
Provide system and best practice guidance and support to stakeholders.
Perform regular data audits to assist in maintaining data integrity.
Perform configuration migration per documented requirements.
Build and distribute high-level reports as needed.
Collaborate with Functional Leads on issues that may require deeper investigation or configuration changes as well as continually improve efficiencies in the system.
Work closely with the Change Management Lead to enhance processes and create detailed documentation when necessary.
Provide support for new functionality by participating in testing features prior to release.
Assist on projects as needed.
1+ years of Workday experience (advanced user) required.
Understanding of HR processes and procedures globally.
Ability to research and resolve issues with minimal direction.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment.
Successful track record of delivering superior client service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Intermediate level MS Excel.
Proficiency with productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Strong, professional work ethic.
Ability to work effectively on multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
Ability to work periodically outside of standard working hours to support global regions.
