As a product manager on the Indeed Hire team, you will be responsible for the employer experience on the Indeed Hire platform. Indeed Hire is Indeed’s pay-per-hire recruiting service that helps businesses hire employees more efficiently.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for products and a strategy that significantly impact the employer experience from onboarding to interviewing to job offer to hire. You will be empowered to set ambitious goals which should inspire and motivate the team to think big. The goals should be simple to understand, few in number, and clearly communicated so your team and the rest of the company understand what we are doing, why we do it, and where we're headed.

Build, grow, and manage a team of Product Managers and help them meet and exceed all the expectations listed above
Someone who can meet these expectations should have:
Passion for and knowledge of communications and messaging
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience
Directly managed at least 1 product manager for 1+ years.
Outstanding data analysis skills
Proven leadership skills
Ability to make data-driven business decisions
