The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Tokyo Base Salary Range: 5,000,000 - 6,700,000 JPY per year

日本のHRジェネラリストとして、組織とマネジャーのケイパビリティ並びに社員のエンゲージメントを高めるための様々な取り組みやコミュニケーションをリード並びにサポートします。
具体的には以下のような業務が含まれます。
  • 社員の入社・異動・休職・退職等ライフサイクルに応じた人事関連全般のコンサルテーション、アドバイス、指導教育
  • 各種人事制度やポリシー導入変更のプロジェクトリード、運用
  • 社員に対して円滑かつ透明性の高い良好なコミュニケーションとコンプライアンス維持
  • 各種サーベイ結果、フィードバック等のデータ分析
  • 各種人事データからの課題抽出・提案
  • 組織開発アクションプラン策定実行のサポート、モニタリング
  • 業績評価、タレントレビューのカリブレーション、パフォーマンスマネジメントサポート

About you.

必須要件MUST
  • 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience; including employee relations and employment law, compensation, performance management, and recruitment

  • Excellent English and Japanese verbal and written communication skills required; presentation and platform skills preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues

  • Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills

  • Successful track record of delivering superior client service

  • Working for a Global organization experience preferred

  • 5年以上の社会人経験そのうち3年以上HRジェネラリスト、または以下のいずれかの人事分野で企画から運用までを通して担当者として自ら行った経験のある方(人事労務、パフォーマンスマネジメント、トータルリワード、人材開発)
  • システムにてExcel関数等を使用しデータから課題を抽出分析し、改善・解決策を提案しプレゼンテーション資料を作成する能力
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力かつビジネスレベル以上の英語力(アメリカ本社や英語を母国語とする社員とのミーティングが多いため英語の使用頻度は高いです。)


WANT
  • 1年以上の海外経験
  • 人事その他のビジネスプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • トレーニングやワークショップのファシリテーション経験
