The team.

This role is working closely and embedded within the Indeed Apply team. Indeed Apply is a product that makes online job applications easy: We don’t require anyone to fill out long forms or create a new account in order to apply to a single job. Indeed Apply powers many job applications on, and also integrates with other job search sites. Indeed Apply has made applying easy, but we still have more work to do. We would like to improve experiences across devices, guide candidates to create a great applications, and modernize our UIs. 

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Tokyo Base Salary Range: 9,250,000 - 11,700,000 JPY per year

Your job.

As an International Product Lead for Indeed Apply, you will help Indeed Apply product be successful worldwide. You will be the bridge between market-specific analyst teams and the Indeed Apply product team; helping define what the highest impact improvements or opportunities are, ensuring timely and smooth internationalization of key features, driving and analyzing product improvements to ensure Indeed's long-term success in international markets. 
    Working with over 60 market analysts to understand their problems, suggestions, and concerns in regards to Indeed Apply product. Analyzing data through a vast source of internal tools to gain a deeper understanding of how Indeed Apply product is used, understand cross-market patterns, and understand how tests are performing. Assimilating extensive qualitative and quantitative input from multiple stakeholders and building a roadmap focused on capitalizing on the best trade-off between expected impact and cost-to-test. Collaborating with Product Managers to help them understand exactly what International problems are and helping them prioritize, often scarce, technical resources. Creating simple and clear requirements for analysts, engineers, and designers to execute on. Communicating priorities and progress to stakeholders across various organizations

    • 3 years minimum of work experience in an analyst or product management role
    • Bachelor's degree in an analytical degree, such as statistics, economics or equivalent work experience
