Your job.

Improve Indeed’s products by analyzing and modelling data across a variety of products to provide supporting evidence to help improve product localization for international markets. Gather company data and conduct high-level analyses of this quantitative data to make sense of the information, spot trends, and make predictions to drive decisions that will impact the future. Oversee international products, improving the data available via index building, relational tables, quality checking, and maintenance. Evaluate methods of data collection and improve upon the data collecting methods and the type of data collected. Collect and analyze data on a variety of Indeed products using advanced statistical methodology. Forecast and track trends by analyzing collected data. Collaborate with multiple teams, including Data Science and Product Science. Communicate effectively with both expert and non-expert audiences. Predict and forecast the impact of changes to products on the business using quantitative data analysis. Prepare and present reports of findings at inter-departmental meetings to diverse Indeed teams, including Engineers and Product Managers. Design and conduct complex projects using theories of scientific methods of data science, computational theory, statistics, and mathematics.

About you.

Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field

Two (2) years of professional experience in business analytics or data analysis

One (1) year of experience utilizing statistical methodologies

Demonstrated ability to code in at least one of the following: Python, R, Java or C++
