The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Austin Base Salary Range: 70,000 - 90,000 USD per year

What are the expectations for this job?

Customer Success Lead Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a cohesive team environment and utilize coaching and feedback to improve performance while having the confidence and knowledge to influence others in a matrix environment
  • Train your team to educate and influence their candidates and customers by sharing data, market trends, and hiring best practices
  • Responsible for leveraging operational data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of your team
  • Facilitate day to day coaching and lead the Job Seeker Specialists on your team to meet hiring goals while providing an effortless experience for our candidates and customers
  • Evaluates and defines the job requirements and other pertinent details required to effectively identify and select the appropriate candidate for each position
  • Effectively and proactively engage with customers to solve problems and build loyalty with professionalism and care
  • Analyzes business trends and relevant economic indicators for hiring and compensation information to utilize in the selection of candidates
  • Responsible for formulating and presenting the orientation that will ensure the employee is able to meet the specific needs of each position and for each customer as well as evaluating and answering questions that arise during the orientation process
  • Serves as intermediary between employees and customers
  • Evaluates attendance and performance of temporary employees
  • Uses discretion and judgment to counsel and discipline employees related to performance issues
  • Investigates, resolves and documents the resolution as appropriate to the satisfaction of the employee and customer
  • Determines best methods to ensure the human resources needs of the customer and the employee are met
  • Investigates and evaluates workers compensation matters to resolve and/or make recommendations as to the resolution of the matter
  • Acts as the company representative in workers compensation matters to resolve and/or make recommendations as to the resolution of the matter
  • Acts as the company representative in unemployment matters to resolve and/or make recommendations as to the matter
  • Evaluates and determines best methods to reinforce and maintain good customer relations
  • Investigates and resolves customer/employee problems and issues and informs appropriate personnel of problems and opportunities
  • Takes accountability for self and team and is receptive to feedback in order to minimize errors and improve the quality of work

  • 5+ years of successful Customer Service Experience and or Client Facing Experience(Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience leading/managing at least 5+ employees
  • Past Success in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills, prioritization skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of the recruiting process and success drivers
  • Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, comfortable using data to diagnose and improve team performance
  • Experience building strong, collaborative, productive teams
  • 1+ years of previous recruiting/hiring experience is a plus
