The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Tokyo Base Salary Range: 6,490,000 - 8,310,000 JPY per year

Your job.

Indeed needs a Team Lead to mentor and guide a growing team of Service desk Specialists supporting the Indeed offices in the Tokyo and Osaka area. In this role, you’ll be supporting users in Japan offices while being a member of the global IT department by coordinating with both parties.You will be responsible for maintaining and improving an excellent technical experience for our employees in the Japan offices and around the world. About you.

What we need from you:
Required
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support /Helpdesk/ Corporate IT roles.
  • Experience of finding challenges/problems, create and propose a countermeasure plan, conduct. and lead to the completion
  • Working knowledge of Physical Infrastructure and Networking
  • Strong native level Japanese language skill as well as business level English skill.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in working with global teams

Preferred

  • Experience launching/upgrading company wide systems. 
  • 1+ year of leadership role
  • Experience in communicating /negotiating with Japanese building management and 3rd party vendors with IT needs.
  • Experience of MacOS, Gsuite, SaaS, Telecommunication, ServiceNow, and Linux.

  • 現在は全社員が在宅勤務中です。当面はこのポジションも主に自宅勤務となります。(必要に応じてオフィス作業あります)
