Your job.

We’re hiring a Learning Instructional Designer to work closely with the TA strategic programs team and subject matter experts to develop high-quality and engaging course content for our Talent attraction team. You will be a master in applying principles of instructional design and learning theory to assess training needs and design, develop, and evaluate learning content. You will develop innovative and engaging training programs at scale and customize where appropriate.

Joining a small, global team, you will build strong relationships across the Talent Attraction team, to truly understand training needs and deliver global solutions to new and existing team members, as well as partnering with key stakeholders within the team.

About you.

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize instructional design and performance improvement processes to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate instructional materials and programs

  • Design and develop internally branded course curriculum guides for courses and/or program components

  • Ability to learn and effectively use e-Learning and editing software

  • Proficient in software and programs such as Rise, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite and HTML

  • Ability to apply adult learning principles to instructional design and development methodologies

  • Ability and desire to learn multiple systems and processes quickly

  • Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are needed to communicate with stakeholders and senior management

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under time pressure

  • Skillful with creating and editing videos, graphics, and images

  • Willing to travel, as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field or 5+ years equivalent experience in instructional design/development

  • Experience creating and delivering global training solutions

  • Experience working in a large global organization that focuses on customer and brand.

  • Knowledge of tools and resources in the market

  • Detail oriented, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
