The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Austin Base Salary Range: 82,000 - 118,000 USD per year

The Enterprise Marketing Team focuses on developing outstanding experiences that will delight recruiters and grow Indeed’s network of promoters within the global recruiting community. 

Our team believes we can do more to help shape the experiences recruiters are having with our products. Working closely with Indeed Product teams, our group identifies opportunities for creating exceptional user experiences through online and offline nurture programs, connecting recruiters with the very best candidates for their roles.  

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Indeed Enterprise Marketing team to focus on products in our Enterprise Jobs & Performance category. In this role you will become intimately familiar with how recruiters experience our products.You will map the recruiter lifecycle from acquisition to onboarding with the goal of seeking out pain points and opportunities for Indeed to delight recruiters around the world through email and direct mail programs. The candidate must approach Email Marketing from a quantitative angle and be thrilled about growing other messaging channels such as retargeting, direct mail and more. They should be analytical and data-driven to create, evaluate and continually evolve lifecycle journeys to hit acquisition and engagement goals. In this role, expect to continuously be learning and exploring new platforms, skills, and integrations.

You’ll develop the vision and design cutting-edge experience programs that inform and even delight our audiences as they look for their next hire using our key Jobs & Performance products. You will work with other teams to test programs and you will be responsible for the growth and distribution strategy of the assets you create.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for the Enterprise Marketing team, you will: 

  • Become an expert on Indeed products in our Jobs & Performance category and the recruiter’s hiring journey
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs for recruiters, from cradle to grave (acquisition, conversion, onboarding and engagement)
  • Develop content in many mediums targeted at different recruiter roles
  • Create email and direct mail programs, testing and scaling based on results
  • Work with designers, marketing technologists and developers to publish content
  • Identify opportunities for new storytelling formats
  • Ensure that all content reflects appropriate brand voice and meets editorial standards
  • Develop distribution strategies by working with SEO, SEM and paid media groups
  • Collaborate with product, product marketing and customer support teams to identify content needs
  • Work with international teams to understand country-specific marketing needs and develop local content programs
  • Measure your impact through revenue growth, product engagement and NPS

About you.

  • You have experience developing, testing and scaling recruiter-focused content. 
  • You have expertise in email nurture campaigns, retargeting and direct mail experience
  • You have experience and expertise in pulling and using data to inform your acquisition and onboarding strategies
  • Experience developing email or lifecycle marketing programs around a subscription-based offering is a plus
  • You’re an excellent communicator especially in writing emails. You write well and you speak eloquently. You appreciate simple, direct language.

  • You have experience using marketing automation software and tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, Eloqua)
