The Client Insights Team consults and supports our Client Success and Sales partners with reporting and award-winning resources from day one. We are responsible for shaping our GTM message, ensuring brand consistency and data integrity in all custom client facing content. Our team is often the subject matter expert who is called on to help provide strong narratives based on client performance data, market trends and industry insights. Our resources are leveraged in order help drive productive client facing conversations. 

Your job.

The Manager, Client Insights at Indeed will lead and inspire a team of Client Insights Specialists responsible for maintaining consistent data integrity, branding and messaging in all client-facing sales materials. This high visibility role requires a self-motivated and proactive leader with a passion for business development, excellent people management, critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities and the drive and energy to execute in a rapid timeframe.

About you.


  • Lead a team of Client Insights Specialists ensuring excellent delivery of strategic sales support solutions, continuous team development and achievement of defined KPIs
  • Strategically oversee the positioning of data analyses by market
  • Assess the demand for new sales resources and influence the prioritization, creation and distribution of resources
  • Advise on the creation of effective data driven resources for sales
  • Work closely with the Sales Content Creation team and assist in the design and development of sales collateral 
  • Coach your team to develop solutions for sales based on Sales cycle stages and customer needs/ pain-points
  • Work with internal departments to align on goals that improve the efficiency and productivity  of the global Sales organization
  • Design, develop, and implement the on-boarding and continuous education strategy for the Sales Support team


  • Graduate (Master’s) degree preferred
  • Fluency in English essential, knowledge of additional languages an advantage
  • +3 years of relevant experience in sales or sales operations/enablement functions  preferably in the recruitment, advertising or SaaS business
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate an international team with 3+ years of relevant management experience, in a highly results oriented environment
  • Demonstrate ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data from different datasource, and provide insights that lead to tangible results
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence 
  • Experience of close collaboration with Sales on pipeline creation, sale cycle accelerations and Upsell/Cross Sell programs
  • Knowledge of both transactional and enterprise sales cycles and the general urgency of revenue generating roles 
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels in the organisation and work across multiple lines of business and countries
  • Previous experience with SFDC
