Your job.

The Manager of Coaching & Core Programs leads the strategic planning, integration and measurement of Indeed’s core leadership development programs. The Manager is primarily responsible for building a world-class coaching program and developing the coaching skills of its people leaders in a way that integrates core programming. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in leadership development, coaching, and large-scale, global program integration. The candidate must have first-hand experience driving corporate coaching programs as well as familiarity with the latest trends, tools, methodologies, and assessments in leadership development.


The Manager of Coaching & Core Programs leads a team of leadership development subject matter experts who are responsible for ensuring seamless content integration of core philosophies across Employee Development programs and initiatives. To execute successfully, this role partners closely with Employee Development Talent Partners, Managers, Program Managers, and Designers; the HR Business Partner team; the HR Analytics team; and business unit leaders. This role can sit in Dublin, Stamford, New York, or Austin and will report to the Senior Manager, Leader Effectiveness on the Employee Development team.


Responsibilities

  • Build a world-class coaching program that is nimble, data-driven, and integrates Indeed’s core development philosophies and existing tools

  • Support the development, integration, global implementation, and management of key behavioral learning initiatives including Crucial Conversations®, Insights®, Strengths, and Inclusion, that drive manager success behaviors and support the philosophy of managers as coaches

  • Support Indeed’s people managers by building internal coaching capacity

  • Lead a team of leadership development program experts

  • Provide internal support through one-to-one coaching and leadership assessment debriefs

  • Ensure the alignment and integration of above-mentioned programs with the business, HR, and Employee Development strategies

  • Partner with global consultants, HR Business Partners and client groups to understand regional, functional, and cultural nuances in order to develop impactful development strategies

  • Develop a measurement strategy and subsequent ROI for the above-mentioned programs

  • Continually measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of initiatives to ensure investments are delivering value to Indeed utilizing industry data, trends, and benchmarks to facilitate continuous improvement and effectiveness

  • Provide thought leadership on leadership development, coaching, leadership assessments, and Indeed’s core philosophies

  • Be main liaison between the business and Indeed’s coaching vendor pool

Requirements:


Knowledge

  • Corporate coaching programs, with end-to-end program ownership preferred
  • Leadership development trends, tools, and assessments
  • Developing ROIs for behavior-based programs within a within a complex, matrixed, global organization
  • Crucial Conversations®, Insights®, Strengths, and 360s

Experience

  • 5+ years experience building, implementing and measuring L&D programs that drive impact and change within a complex, matrixed, global organization
  • 3+ years leading highly strategic teams
  • Professional coaching certification preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-growing technology company preferred

Skills
