About you.

  • Managing a global team of leadership recruiters who focus on Director+ roles for all functions across the company including engineering, product, marketing, finance and sales for APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify talent and determine hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
  • Partner with Senior Leaders and finance to determine headcount targets and how your recruiting team can perform to meet those targets
  • Enhance internal hiring processes and systems to continually make the team more efficient and effective
  • Partner with management to help define, cultivate, and communicate an organizational culture that attracts and retains employees
  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation
  • Partner with additional internal teams such as Training and Development, Operations, IT and Human Resources to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Develop strategy and workforce planning to prepare for increased hiring needs based on new business growth
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system in ensuring strong data integrity from direct reports
  • Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in our applicant tracking system
  • Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process
  • Effectively negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary

You have:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of successful in-house recruiting experience hiring top talent in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Proven experience hiring Director+ level candidates; technical/engineering recruiting experience a must
  • Full lifecycle recruiting, including candidate management and a history of successfully closing candidates
  • Proven experience leading and/or mentoring recruiters in a recruiting manager role
  • Must be able to interact at all levels of the organization and recruit for cross-functional roles as needs arise
  • Solid understanding of the key metrics to track in the recruiting process
  • Exceptional analytical, reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with strong attention to detail in regards data integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiations/closing and relationship management
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
