Your job.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the Indeed Experience team, a function within Corporate Marketing. We are focused on solving job seeker and employer pain points in thoughtful ways. Every month, 200 million people count on Indeed to help them find jobs. We are improving people’s lives all around the world, one job at a time. We want to humanize job search by creating truly remarkable online and offline experiences that lead more people to choose Indeed. 

The Marketing Associate will be a member of the Experience Team’s Insights Center and will assist in the execution and logistical planning around optimizing small-scale tests that enhance the experience for our users.  You are innately curious, an aspiring self-starter, and can easily adjust to different working styles and processes. 

As a Marketing Associate, you will: 
  • Act as an execution machine while optimizing small-scale tests that focus on solving user and departmental challenges.
  • Communicate with users, building relationships for testing opportunities.
  • Oversee logistical planning around constantly evolving tests with tight deadlines.
  • Measure data points such as NPS and reach while regularly communicating test progress.
  • Lend a hand with internal initiatives to help build our culture around the Experience Team.
  • Assist in the handing off of optimized tests that are ready for scale.

  • 2+ years in a marketing and/or communications role is required
  • Excellent writer and verbal communicator 
  • A proven track record of execution and logistical planning around constantly evolving projects with tight deadlines
