Your job.

The Director of Marketing, US will create our strategy, develop integrated marketing plans, and direct revenue marketing in the US.   


The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a great brand experience and driving revenue with a vision for new ways to grow our business. This senior marketer will have experience in creating scalable programs with demonstrable impact on market awareness, client or user acquisition, and revenue. This is a highly strategic role with the opportunity to transform how people find jobs and companies hire.

About you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the go-to-market strategy and integrated plan for the US market
  • Design and execute new program ideas to materially impact brand or revenue goals 
  • Select strategy and manage budget for field marketing programs, events, lead generation, content marketing and other revenue marketing programs conducted in market
  • Communicate country strategy to global teams including brand advertising, PR, alliances, sales enablement, product marketing and more; review and advise these teams on their programs in France 
  • Partner closely with Sales, represent marketing to Sales leadership and direct programs to achieve Sales goals
  • Be the voice of the market by understanding key segments and customer/user needs 
  • Manage budgets and invest company resources wisely 
  • Collaborate with multiple functions globally; keeping various groups aligned and informed
  • Get stuff done -- execute briskly with precision, in alignment with our goals and standards

Requirements

  • 10+ years marketing experience (consumer or B2B) 
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results, balancing a data-driven marketing approach with an exceptional client experience.
  • Experienced, strategic leader with the ability to work across teams 
  • Both creative and analytical -- ability to generate ideas and rigorously analyze their performance to understand how we can improve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Bachelor’s degree
