Your job.

Indeed is looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for increasing employer retention.  The Marketing Manager will work across departments to provide a world-class customer experience to our SMB audience with a relentless focus on retention of current customers and reactivation of dormant customers. The ideal candidate is hyper-analytical with extensive experience analyzing and segmenting CRM databases. You ensure users get the right message through the right channel at the right time. You are passionate about testing, with vast experience designing holdout and A/B tests. You are innovative and resourceful. You execute quickly, focusing on the highest impact opportunities for the amount of time and resources required. You are an excellent collaborator that builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and outside agencies.

About you.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and execute online and offline CRM database marketing campaigns
  • Rigorously test new channels and continually optimize current channels
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to attribute conversions
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop messaging, creative and promotions
  • Work with Client Services and Sales to ensure coordination of campaigns
  • Analyze large amounts of CRM data
  • Collaborate with management and Product team to set and hit aggressive targets for preventing churn and reactivating customers
  • Monitor and report on campaign progress weekly / monthly / quarterly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably with a B2B audience
  • Experience in CRM email marketing, using marketing automation tools (Marketo a plus)
  • Proven ability to reduce churn and increase reactivation rates
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results
  • Proficiency in SQL or related querying language (a plus)
  • Direct mail experience (a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
