Your job. is looking for a Marketing Manager to align with our DCA (decentralized corporate account) sales organization and help us position our brand and our solutions within this space - most commonly QSR, financial services, automotive, and wellness verticals. This Marketing Manager will own Indeed’s unique perspective on these industries - they will oversee strategy, content, and execution of marketing programs in order to grow Indeed’s business among new and existing employers in this space. 

The Marketing Manager will be extremely cross-functional, working closely with sales and marketing functions. From this direct engagement with sales, this new role will have the understanding required to build and launch marketing and sales enablement programs specific to the audience within the DCA space.

This person must also be a strong storyteller, able to transform data points and external research into a compelling and relevant narrative that engages the employer audience across relevant verticals. They will be leveraged for both sales and marketing engagements to serve as Indeed’s labor market expert in these industries and present Indeed’s perspective to clients and relevant audiences.
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative with strong attention to detail and bring an entrepreneurial energy to the projects they work on. They will also be highly adaptable in their willingness to test new ideas and engage in multiple projects at once.   
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with sales teams to contribute to revenue and retention goals
  • Develop and execute targeted sales enablement and marketing programs, via a combination of target lists, specific and measurable sales actions, marketing collateral and performance metrics
  • Create unique and meaningful content by transforming Indeed data and custom research into insights-driven vertical stories
  • Be comfortable presenting content and serving as Indeed’s “industry expert” for both internal and external communication of our narrative within relevant verticals
  • Leverage internal Indeed tools to analyze trends and activity
  • Create compelling assets to drive engagement that deliver new leads to our pipeline as well as deepen client spend

About you.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Ability to maintain high quality work while meeting deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing programs that drive revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with sales, sales leadership and marketing teams
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in QSR, financial services, automotive, or wellness verticals preferred but not required
