Your job.

New Product Commercialization works closely with all New Products at Indeed. Our team is part of the Sales Strategy organization and is responsible for monetizing all New Products, developing rollout strategies, commercializing the products globally and working hand-in-hand with product to test and pilot. About you.

Core responsibilities

  • Be the sales owner of one of our largest products at Indeed.

  • Work on technology and integration approaches

  • Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Client Service, Finance, Product and Engineering in those regions to support Indeed’s new product launch process

  • Support analyses to recommend optimal approach for go-to-market launches, including account segmentation, launch pricing, sales team responsibilities, service processes and incentives

  • Project management for new product launch process (e.g., clarifying responsibilities, requirements, timelines for deliverables, interdependencies)

  • Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of product changes/updates in beta / early phases of commercialization; recommended changes in advance of broader launch

  • Lead product line rationalization and market segmentation to increase solution selling efficiencies that support overall Indeed value proposition of new products

  • Conduct regular reviews and sales training positioning all new products for success

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of work experience in the digital recruiting space (e.g., agency, ad network, client-side, etc)

  • Specific knowledge of the recruiting product's ecosystem including identifying whites space and areas to improve product offerings

  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management) or equivalent practical experience

  • Passion for new product development and launch processes

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and project management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience with sales-force driven business models

  • Experience taking data and driving to action

Desired Skills

  • 3+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Strategy and/or Consulting

  • Experience analyzing data with spreadsheet software, database query experience (e.g. SQL), with quantitative modeling experience.

  • New product development/launch experience
