Your job.

New Product Commercialization works closely with all New Products at Indeed. Our team is part of the Sales Strategy organization and is responsible for working hand-in-hand with product management to test and pilot new products and develop go-to-market strategies to drive long term product adoption and monetization. About you.

Core responsibilities

  • Effectively oversee a team of people who will work as the central intake for all new product insertion orders and activate the order

  • Ensure all incoming client orders are activated for the relevant product quickly, efficiently, and correctly

  • Develop and analyze onboarding processes and continually refine operations

  • Identify opportunities to automate processes for faster and more streamlined customer onboarding

  • Pull themes together from JIRA and improve processes and workflow based on these (e.g., activation times per product, key errors)

  • Working closely with stakeholders across New Product Commercialization to ensure their needs are met and feedback is shared to continue improving the product

Required Skills

  • High attention to detail and love for project management

  • Passion for new product development and launch processes

  • Strong analytical problem solving skills, attention to detail and project management skills

  • Thirst for continual improvement - enjoy creating and optimizing processes

  • Experience taking data and driving to action

  • Strong experience and skills using JIRA for project management

  • Client service mentality, willingness to collaborate openly with other functions

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of work experience in Project Management

  • JIRA Certification

  • Experience with fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environments

  • Experience in the Tech and/or Recruiting / Staffing industry
