The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Tokyo Base Salary Range: 4,550,000 - 5,450,000 JPY per year

Your job.

As an Aggregation Operations Support Specialist, you will be the bridge to help support the internal stakeholders and the technical side of the business to coordinate internal practices and delegate work accordingly. We aggregate job content from over 100,000 job sites globally with the goal that all jobs on Indeed sites reflect the most accurate and up-to-date information.  You will also work with our technical team to escalate issues, report bugs, and define requirements for new features.


Responsibilities:

  • Resolve high-volume of requests from Indeed's internal client teams
  • Gain an overview understanding of internal products and practices to help provide resolutions and identify improvements
  • Work with a fast-paced team to handle a high volume of requests in a timely manner

Aggregation Operations Support Specialist として、受け取るリクエストを分類し、自分で対応、もしくは適切なチームに割り振ることでクライアントチームと技術チームの橋渡し役になります。私たちはIndeedのサイト上の仕事情報を、常に新しく正確なものに保つという目標を持ち、世界中の10万以上の採用サイトから情報を収集します。また、問題の割り振り、バグの報告、新しい機能の要件の確認が必要な際は技術チームと連携して働くことがあります。


責任

  • 社内のクライアントチームからの膨大な量のリクエストに対処する
  • 社内のシステムについて理解を深め、解決策や改善策を提案する
  • 膨大な量のリクエストに速やかに対応する

About you.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Common sense!
  • Passion for digging into a problem and finding the best solution
  • Exceptional follow-up skills
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Experience in a support role or with a consumer-facing web company is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Valid work authorization in Japan

Languages

  • Fluent English and Japanese
  • Other languages a plus

言語

  • 上級レベルの英語と日本語能力
  • それ以外の言語はなお歓迎
