For our Employers and large Advertisers, logging into Indeed and accessing the right products, data and reports should be completely frictionless. As a Product Manager for the Permissions and Identity team you will take on the critical responsibility of ensuring all our users can properly authenticate and get access to the features and data they need to accomplish their goals and manage their hiring businesses in ways that make sense to them. Because you will be primarily focused on our Enterprise users, you need to thrive on making taking complex problems and coming up with simple solutions.

The goals should be simple to understand, few in number, and clearly communicated so your team and the rest of the company understand what we are doing, why we do it, and where we're headed.

You’ve built products consumed by software engineers (e.g. platforms, services, APIs, SDKs) and have simultaneously delivered the right mix of reliability, scalability, and features that delight your users. You understand how high-velocity software development teams work, and how engineers think. Most of all, you love solving hard technical challenges to make a difference in the lives of other people, whether they be job seekers, employers or your fellow Indeedians.
Understand user needs and generate new feature ideas.
Understand Indeed’s goals and strategies and work with leadership to define product goals.
Flesh out ideas with wireframes, mockup designs, performance and benefit estimates and present these ideas for review.
Work with engineers to define product requirements and then lead those teams to deliver.
Collaborate with other teams, some of them remote, to deliver projects spanning multiple teams’ areas.
Build and launch new features.
Analyze lots of data, including opportunity analysis and test result analysis.
Use that data analysis to define product vision and future direction by generating new product and feature ideas that will impact the business.
Research markets and competitors.
You have at least 2 years proven track record as a product manager, ideally at a SaaS company,developing software solutions for Enterprise businesses and in a technical role
Deep understanding of web development technology and building customer-centric APIs.
Outstanding data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is able to make data-driven business decisions.
You are experienced in creating intuitive approaches to complex problems
A track record of developing impactful products based on customer and business needs through research and analysis
A sense of urgency, ownership and drive to get things done
Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives with ROI, available resources, and timelines in mind.
Previous entrepreneurial / start-up experience a plus.
