Your job.

Global Product Commercialization works closely with all Products at Indeed. Our team is part of the Sales Strategy organization and is responsible for monetizing all Products, developing rollout strategies, commercializing the products globally and working hand-in-hand with both sales and product teams to test and pilot. Core Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic lead for Indeed Hire (https://www.indeed.com/hire/recruitingservices)  
  • Develop/Analyze new product strategies, partnerships, go to market approaches, pricing and features to increase sales velocity and drive customer adoption 
  • Identify which ideas have potential and which others should be revised, iterated or deprioritized
  • Lead competitive analysis, and incorporate this insight into developing product offerings and features we can take to market
  • Conduct thorough, in-depth analytics from internal Indeed data sources to generate insights on paths forward
  • Gather customer feedback and work with product to determine how we incorporate improvements into the product and operating processes
  • Partner and collaborate with Sales and Sales Strategy to drive alignment between sales incentives and product commercialization goals
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Hiring, Finance, Product and Engineering to support Indeed’s product launch process
  • Project manage the new product launch process and feature changes (e.g., clarifying responsibilities, requirements, timelines for deliverables, interdependencies)
  • Conduct regular reviews and Sales/Customer Success training to position all products for success
  • Fulfill ad hoc and recurring reporting requests as organizational data SME

About you.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferred with a quantitative focus (e.g. Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • Passion for product development
  • New product development / launch experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong skills in analyzing data with spreadsheet software (i.e. vlookups and pivot tables) and database query experience (e.g. SQL) 
  • Operational experience drive to partner cross-functionally (e.g., with sales and product) to resolve challenges
  • Experience using data and driving to insights and action
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with sales-force driven business models
  • Experience with scaling international products
  • Client service mentality, willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
  • Attention to detail and project management skills

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in Sales/CS Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Strategy and/or Consulting
  • Experience with fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environments
  • Experience in the Tech and/or Recruiting / Staffing industry

Added Bonus:

  • Working experience with programming languages, especially for data manipulation (e.g. SQL, Python, R, etc)
  • Experience scoping and designing dashboards used for tracking Key Performance Indicator (KPI) insights and analyses
