The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

Austin Base Salary Range: 110,000 - 143,000 USD per year

Your job.

Our team focuses on growth and monetization for Indeed's flagship employer product. Every day, we help employers around the world post jobs and find the best candidates. Our team works on many of the highest impact strategic initiatives at the company.

As a Product Manager focusing on monetization for our SMB product, you will help shape our growth strategy. You will have the autonomy to test and iterate on that strategy with our customers. Your decisions will directly contribute to Indeed's revenue.

You will be empowered to set ambitious goals for your product and team. These goals will not be easy to achieve; they should inspire and motivate the team to think big. You will not be evaluated based on whether you deliver capabilities, but whether you have delivered significant business impact.

About you.

  • You want to see the impact of your work making a difference every day. 

  • You love exploring data to understand user behavior and find unique, testable insights.

  • You enjoy the opportunity to work on the company's most prominent initiatives, and you're not afraid to share your opinion with senior leaders. 

  • You are comfortable working with leaders across product, engineering, sales, customer support, marketing, and finance to get the job done.


  • 3+ years of product management (or similar) experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Ability to analyze data using tools like SQL and Python

  • Experience formulating hypotheses, then designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to validate them

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
