Your job.

Data runs Indeed. Our Analytics team focuses on one thing: equip everyone at Indeed with world-class analytics tools that allow us to be curious, discover, and continuously improve the products and services to help people find jobs with data. Our vision is to empower everyone at Indeed to be a data hero.

As a Product Manager on our team you will drive the next generation of our analytics capabilities. This is an opportunity to have immediate impact on the shape of Indeed in fundamental ways, where you can leverage your passion for being data-driven to create the enterprise solutions that drive our data.

You will own and steward the development of systems that enable high-quality data and provide advanced capabilities in data analysis. As with all products at Indeed, we value an iterative mindset that can be creative, generate hypotheses, construct MVPs, and validate with decisive and well-defined success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand analytics use cases

  • Collaborate with multiple teams, technical and non-technical, to realize your vision

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience

  • Experience in building or implementing technical enterprise tools

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Deep understanding of analytics and data technologies

  • Outstanding data analysis skills (python/SQL experience preferred)

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Is able to make data-driven business decisions
