If you are like us, then you are a facilitator and motivator who is comfortable working across functional teams and across geographic regions. You work hard to ensure collaboration, communication, and visibility. Your plans are defined by the contributors doing the work, not by an executive with a promise to keep. You understand that estimates are estimates and sometimes they can change. When things don’t go as expected, you replan and reset expectations. No one gets hurt.
You are familiar with iterative release cycles and have experience in scrum, agile, or lean environments.
You truly enjoy working with products, and want to see the continued acceptance and success of those products at Indeed. Part of working with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization, you are an excellent communicator, diplomatic and timely in conveying deliverables. Specifically you will:
Identify and implement process improvements for the functional areas where you are engaged. Ensure a consistent and shared understanding of best practices across teams and functions.
Plan and scope a variety of project tasks, milestones and deliverables with implementation partners/vendors.
Track and report on project progress, costs, and status reporting.
Identify project issues effectively and communicating in a timely manner.
Identify potential risks and creating strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation.
Design and maintaining project and technical documentation.
Ensure that functional and technical specifications meet documented business requirements or business practices.
Ensure standards for communications and reporting are being followed. Monitor and provide feedback on communications of your team. Maintain a cultural awareness in your communications.
Develop RFP (Requests for Proposals) for external goods and services.
Participate in evaluation and selection of applications and implementation partners/vendors.
Facilitate and make tradeoff decisions between quality, costs, resources, scope and time.
Responsible for change management and scope negotiation.
Reporting on project status on a regular basis to stakeholders.
Influence across the team leadership level to solve problems affecting how the teams we work with get their work done.
Engage with PMO leadership to understand and refer to the vision, goals, and initiatives for your business area.

What we need from you:
5+ years of program management or project management or IT management.
3+ years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
2+ years scheduling experience.
Ability to manage key customer relationships, including senior managers
Ability to lead and influence a team
Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
Flawless written and verbal communication skills
Work in both direct management and matrix structures.
