Your job. is looking for a Programmatic Manager. The primary function of the role is to support Indeed display and video strategies by managing and executing online marketing activity across several global markets. This will involve managing vendors; self-serve display, video, and social DSP platforms; optimizing to drive growth and efficiency metrics; and reporting to the business owners on the performance of channels. The buyer will be expected to work closely with the Strategy & Planning team to set clear campaign strategies and measurement plans and goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaign activation and day to day bidding, targeting and performance strategies, and optimizations for both brand and product campaigns
  • Work with Corporate Strategy team to develop online marketing strategies and test hypotheses across Indeed business units
  • Help confirm all technical spec details for buys and compile for both internal and external creative development teams
  • Provide in-depth performance readouts to stakeholders to inform budgeting and strategies
  • Track daily budgets across all platforms to ensure spending efficiencies and cost management
  • Assist in Increasing response and conversion rates for display, video, and social media and ensure that success metrics are met
  • Support brand campaigns with an understanding of brand strategies and metrics to coordinate digital brand activity with performance optimizations

About you.

  • Amobee/Turn and Google/DV360 experience preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing results-driven online marketing programs
  • Knowledge of brand driving display/video and upper-funnel strategies is preferred
  • Experience managing large media budgets and optimizing those budgets efficiently
  • Understanding of attribution measurement and the role of display strategies within the full digital marketing mix
  • The candidate must have a rich understanding of the technical ecosystem that comprises a best-in-class display/video program
  • Deep knowledge of ad and site tagging
  • Data-driven thinker
  • Expert knowledge and experience implementing campaigns targeting audiences by Behavioral, Contextual, 3rd-party data sets, 1st-party data and Retargeting means
  • Robust knowledge and experience of implementing self-serve campaigns through DSP’s is essential
  • Must be knowledgeable of major display and video campaign tactics and platforms with the strategic vision to drive demand and maximize ROI
  • Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, legal, and product. 
  • Can operate in a fast-paced environment, independently managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to articulate performance metrics, challenges and opportunities to key stakeholders
  • High level of understanding of digital media best practices
